The Henry Collins Inn
The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very handy to downtown Newport. The walls between rooms did not have enough sound proofing to prevent noise from our neighbors who came in late and talked for an hour disturbing us.

Great Stay great value!
Arrived on a Thurs mid afternoon. Ten minute walk to the waterfront. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Alexi & Serna are wonderful hosts. Be aware that if you book thru website it states "free cook to order breakfast" which is deceiving. In reality the Harry Collins website will tell you, "Homemade pies are served with breakfast every weekend." The breakfast was yogurt, English muffins, cereal & fruit. The Inn is located beside the Police station, which is a good thing. The neighborhood is probably as 'sketchy' as Newport gets. A great location for our concert at The Parlor that evening & will return.

Great mother-daughter team
The mother-daughter team did a great job to make guests feel at home. Will visit again.

Great stay
Our hosts were very sweet. We loved our room. It felt like a tiny apartment with a table and chairs and a sofa bed. We even had a private entrance. TV very small but didn't matter to me. Landscaping needed neatening but it was the end of summer. Website said made to order breakfast. No so. There was a very nice array of fruits. There were English muffins and yogurt. Since we stayed more than one night variety would be good. However, I loved our room and if we return I would want to stay there again.
