Nice stay!
Please replace king mattress, middle sinks and is not comfortable. Pillows also too high and not comfortable. Staff very friendly and convenient location to good restaurants, Wave Cafe and translink bus line. Hotel breakfast was acceptable if you dont have time to get elsewhere. Please note Enterprise in Sandman hotel is closed on weekend so guests should not rent on Friday as they will be charged until Monday. We would stay here again but will check mattress before we commit to room. Thank you for your great customer service during our stay!!

A bit of stress!
We booked thru Hotels.com, there was an error for our check in date. This was clearly addressed prior to our arrival. however, at check out, even with an email from Hotels.com as proof, we had to wait to speak to the Manager (a manager from Blu had approved the change the day prior). Though polite, this manager first indicated we would be paying a higher price, beyond what had been agreed on. Stressful and delayed our trip.
