I love this property and will stay here again. I would encourage some kind of partnership with the folks that run the homeless kitchen next door because I feel that being a good and conscientious neighbor with such a facility would actually enhance safety in any area. The hotel itself is boutique-like and this is rare in NYC. It is one of my favorites!!

I have stayed at the Marmara several times. Always great. I like the variety of the rooms, some have fantastic views. I am a swimmer -the pool is a super plus. Always immaculate clean. This time I ordered in room dining and it was surprisingly good 👍

Expensive But Worth It
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was big enough for our family of 4. Having a Nespresso machine made the start of each day easier. The location was central for our activities as we were going all over Manhattan. I just wished that there were more counter space in the bathroom. There was no space around the sink to put any toiletries. There was an under-the-sink shelf, but that was pretty filled with hotel stuff already. Lastly, having the full-length mirror behind the bathroom door that FACED THE TOILET was really weird and inconvenient. Despite these little complaints, I would stay here again.
