Very convenient to the central station. Friendly staff. Perfect for a short stay.
John was amazing. Our flight was super delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 230am and John came from home to open the doors for us. At no point was he upset about it. We are very thankful. The place was also very clean and the bed was super comfy. Would stay again!

Todo estuvo excelente
Conveniently located within minutes of walking from the Milano Centrale station. The hotel itself is clean and in good condition, I would recommend this place only for a one night budget stay. My main qualms are with how thin the walls are (you can hear whenever other guests go in and out of their rooms or even when they sneeze) and with how the bathrooms in the hotel rooms are designed. Out of all the hotels I stayed at in Italy, this one had the poorest designed bathroom. First, the bathroom door is heavy and does not prop open on its own, so all the steam from a hot shower stays trapped and condenses everywhere (on the toilet seat, sink, walls, etc.). The fan is ineffective and the only way to air out the bathroom is to find something to hold the door open (we wedged a trashcan between the door and the door frame). Second, the towel hooks are comically high. Unless you are at least 6ft tall, good luck trying to hang your towel up (not like it will dry well anyway when the bathroom is filled with condensation). Third, the sink slants downward, making it challenging to store anything on the counter without falling over or rolling onto the floor. Now I'm not asking to make the bathroom more luxurious, just to make it user friendly and practical.
