Nice hotel but no hot water in shower made for a very cold morning!
Las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias, bonitas. El personal siempre amable y atento. El desayuno delicioso.
Great location, great breakfast. A go to! Short walk downhill to the Malecon.
The property was clean, well managed and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is about 5 blocks from the Malecon and is quiet. There are several good restaurants close by, as well as local markets and shops.
Excelente ubicación del hotel, cómodo y muy limpio.
We booked 2 nights. The bed was so small and awful that we left before our prepaid second nite. We would not sleep in it again and the desk said “no other rm availble”. We just walked away from the money. Also sooo noisy. Echo from the hall and elevator till very late.
The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is also situated close to downtown and only a 10min walk to the Malecon. Parking was good and access to the hotel was easy. The only issue we had was that the double beds are too small for two people to sleep comfortably. We had a family of 3 in one room and it didn’t work. The rooms are designed for 2 people.
Friendly staff and good breakfast. Good location. Very small room, thin walls. Pretty noisy. Couldn’t get hot water but, to be fair, I never called front desk to report it.
free Self laundry Available- good breakfast option
So clean! And Geraldo at front desk went the extra mile. Modern facility, at the center of the Central Zone, 15 minute walk from boardwalk. Lavish breakfast included. I prefer stairs but there’s only elevator. And no safe in room. And no bathtub Those were the only (slight) negatives. Room was simple and small but clean and comfy. Overall lovely.
