we had a family room with a bunk bed, room was good size, nice size refrigerator and microwave. very comfortable. Its close to ski resort, there is a nice local restaurant within 5 min drive. WE went for skiing and really enjoyed our stay. very friendly staff.

Heat vent for pipes and a/c was issues
Besides the sauna in the bathroom to keep the pipes warm and having to keep the front door open to keep the room cool because the a/c unit didn’t blow cold air, only hot air, we loved the room for its personality , the cabin look was awesome very nice lady’s at the front desk and beside my dumb self locking us out after 11 and had to call the emergency number lord have mercy lmao all and all it was good not great but good, Wi-Fi is a little iffy as well and no cell service what so ever but your in the mountains so to be expected… fix the a/c issue and put some sort of insulation over the heater vent and it would’ve been perfect not to mention the shower was stupid hot for a good 15 minutes and had to let it cool down before entering .. I’m just picking but loved the atmosphere wish the animals park was open but seeing the monkeys frolic around was cute and the bears or tigers roaring in the morning was cool !! All n all I’ll give you guys a 7/10 fix the heat issue and I’ll give a 10/10 I’m hot Nature so cold doesn’t bother me but that room wouldn’t get under 76° unless the cool air from out side cooled it down .. super nice neighbors next door and awesome that it’s so close to the 7springs resort because I’m a semi pro snowboarder.. all n all great trip and great spot to stay !

Lovely Little Lodge
Very pleased with the whole experience! We were coming for a wedding and called to see if we could check in early. The morning of our check-in they called us to let us know that our room was already ready! Check-in was very smooth, we got to check out the live animals, and our room was great. Very clean and comfortable. No breakfast but they had hot coffee in the office in the morning. Very pleased and we would stay here again! (About 15 minutes to Seven Springs)

Awful you cannot sleep if the are people in the room above you .We didn’t even have party people just a family that walked up and down the whole night walls are way to thin get woken up by the next door units alarm that’s how thin !!!
