I like that the property has its own lil private beach and take very good precautions for Covid-19
Everything was great, friendliness, breakfast, staff was really helpful
Very good service
Very good location. Under staffed - small rooms - could be cleaner - old damaged towels - breakfast is not very good - front desk should be friendlier
Room was very sparse and smelled horrible. Wouldn’t stay there again.
Upon arrival it took 20 minutes to check in as the hotel had no record on their system of my reservation . I don't know if this was the fault of hotels.com or city express hotel. When I finally got to my room the a/c fan system did not work.Because this hotel has 5 floors the windows can not be opened for security and safety reasons .I understand this but it is therefore essential to have some kind of air circulation.I was told by front desk the a/c was being fixed and it was working when I went to bed but not when I awoke . The door on the mini fridge was broken off it's hinges. Day 2: After returning from a hot day of sightseeing I found that my key card did not work and had to have it re-programmed. It was 5:00 pm by this time and this is when housekeeping showed up to clean my room ,5:00 pm ! a/c did not work for another hour . Internet was off and on the whole time I was there .
The room but OK as we did not come to spend time in the hotel room. The buffet breakfast was OK but not great. The location was good. We have stayed here before and will stay again
Great Place , very clean , very friendly and professional , staff. Breakfast is Great ! Awesome place with all that you need -safety , cleanliness ,courtesy and Good Coffee 😊👌
The room was small and sparcely furnished. Clean facility and friendly staff although very limited English was spoken. Breakfast was very good, with fresh fruit and good scrambled eggs. We would have loved for the property to be closer to the center part of town. We averaged walking over 5 miles per day to explore the city. The cab to the city center was only about $6 though. The hotel has a shuttle but make sure you talk to the desk about it as there is no set schedule.
