Was a good choice
I felt more like renting an apartment room for a night. It has less 'holiday-ish' feeling, but I thought it would be great choice to stay here again later if I come for more longer trip or for work purpose. No breakfast, but easy to find somewhere to buy meals (restaurants and cafe, CVS is just right there and it's not far from Quincy market too) and it was less problem for me. Since small kitchen and table is present it's also easy to eat in the room with no bother.

Very nice - would recommend and would stay again!
The unit we stayed in was very clean and large. Comfortable linens and bed, great shower! Well appointed kitchenette. Awesome neighborhood! A few minor things kept me from giving it top ratings in every area, but no deal breakers for my family and me. 1) walk up unit - 39 steps!, 2) loud air conditioning system that dumped cold air in living area but not in bedrooms. 3) noisy street. Checkin was easy and our room was ready a little early - very accommodating. After checkin we had no need to interact with staff. Quaint neighborhood, convenient to waterfront, delicious dining and other attractions. Felt clean and safe.

Hotel needs TLC!
This could be an exceptional hotel in a wonderful location - and it looks like it was when it was new. It is showing signs of neglect.....from the entrance with only half the lights working and dead plants in the pots to the worn, outdated magazines in the rooms.....just a little TLC would make it wonderful again. In addition to the above the towels are tread bare and no hand towels provided - on the other hand the sheets and bedding were in great shape and luxurious! The shampoo was never replenished - we were there 5 nights and ran out. The security door lock had been broken off at some point and not repaired. WiFi never worked - and when we called we were told it happens sometimes and we could go to Starbucks if we needed WiFi. No one ever followed up on this matter. Just a lot of little things that made the whole thing feel just a little shabby. The location is excellent and the rooms are beautiful.

Good North End Spot
Great location. Cute apartment. Air conditioning was nice for summer in Boston but it was pretty noisy. 4 flights of stairs so be aware.

Will be back!
Who doesn’t love the North End? We love it there and decided to stay there when we were up for a sox game. We love Bricco’s restaurant and knew of the suites above. You can’t beat the location. Right down on Hanover Street in the North end. We stayed in suite 101A. The room was clean and quiet. Nice shower with double shower heads. Fabulous and comfortable bed, cute kitchenette, but there were no pans, silverware etc so we were not sure how you would cook there. I recall that there was a microwave so you could use that to reheat delicacies from the north end restaurants. Of note there is no elevator so if you don't do stairs well call the hotel directly and ask for a room around the back that is on ground level where our friends stayed. You check in at Bricco restaraunt. Definitely on our list of places to stay next time we do a Boston jaunt.
