Nice staff in the lobby. We had checked in earlier few hours. The room is very quiet, so we had a good rest.

Friendly environment
It was cozy and nice stay - due to the year end there is packed especially during breakfast. Aside from that very good location and easy to find out convenience store and groceries. Worth it.

location was great but other things could be better. my companions and i had backaches after our three-night stay there because of the beds. when we were arranging for our transport to the airport, we called the front desk located on level 6 to ask them to book a jumbo taxi to the airport the next morning. they suggested that we go down personally to level 1 to ask the staff there instead. very inconvenient that transport arrangements couldn't have been done over the phone
