horrible hotel would not stay there,very dangerous stairwells handrails hanging off bits and bobs of furniture not suitable for older people

Schöne, gemütliche Pension mit Meerblick
Die Pension und der Ausblick waren traumhaft schön. Die Gegend war ruhig, das Meer direkt vor der Haustür und das Essen wunderbar lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich gewesen und haben jeden Gast gleichermaßen gut behandelt. Wir werden dort definitiv ein zweites Mal unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Fotoğraflarına bakıp beğendiğimiz Dolphin otelde aylar öncesinden 3 gecelik konaklama satın aldık. Oteldeki çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Bunun haricinde herşey kötüydü. Odamızda çift kişilik yatak istemiştik, 2 tek kişilik yatak vardı. Oda bilgilerinde lcd Tv var gözüküyordu ama odada tv yoktu. Priz çalışmıyordu, duşluk kırıktı, kapı kapanmıyordu. Perdeler tozlu ve pencereyi kapatmaya yetmiyor. Herşey çok eski ve bakımsız. Oda çok dar. 3 gece konakladık fakat ne oda temizliği yapıldı ne de havlularımız değiştirildi.Fiyat-kalite dengesinde sınıfta kalıyor. Odamız bu kadar kötü iken merak edip diğer pansiyonlarda oda fiyatlarını sorduk bizimkinin yarısı. Bizi tekne turuna davet ettiler 100 Tl imiş, merkezde 40-50 TL. Bira merkezde 10, dolphinde 15... Konum olarak merkeze 1 km. Teknelerin park yaptığı yerin yanında olduğu için denizi kirli. Tekneler su sirkülasyonuna izin vermiyor. Keşke hem kalite, hem hizmet, hem güleryüz birarada olsaydı da bizde keyif alsaydık. Umarım düzelirler, çünkü biz gibiler 10 saatlik yolculuktan sonra yıllık iznimizde 3 gün rahat etmeye geliyoruz.

Tüm üyeleri dürüst, samimi, çalışkan, profesyonel ve işlerini aşkla yapan kişilerden oluşan bir aile işletmesi. Çok içten ilgi ve alaka gördük. Bir müşteriden ziyade, dostları gibi ağırlıyorlar. Ticari bir hırs göstermeden insanların mutlu olması için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Muhteşem manzaralı odalarda, sessizlik içinde denizin keyfini çıkardık; son derece memnun kaldık. Büyük şehirde yaşamanın verdiği stres, gerginlik ve yorgunluktan sıyrılmamıza fırsat oldu. Otele gelen misafirler de güzel insanlardı. Kesinlikle yeniden konaklamak isteyeceğimiz bir mekan. Tüm herkese içtenlikle teşekkürler.

Wir waren von Beginn an total begeistert. Es herrscht eine offene, familiäre Stimmung. Es wurde alles nach unserem
Wunsch gehandhabt. Morgens konnten wir entscheiden, was wir am Abend essen wollten, es wurde so gemacht und
es schmeckte alles köstlich.Wir konnten uns sehr entspannt verhalten und haben uns hervorragend erholt, das Hotel
vermittelt einem das Gefühl sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen.
