Small but clean room
Location is excellent, 5 min to subway. Parking is right behind the house, $10/day, reasonable. Very small room, no shower, small bath room with shower only. If you only need a place to sleep then this a a place for you. Very clean. Good WiFi. We’ll stay again.

Nice place to stay at overnight.
We arrived there and was welcomed by Gary. Very straight forward and pleasant check in. We were provided all the informations we needed. Got into out room,decent space for 2 people. Room is a little out of date but no big deal. The room has a double bed, zipped up closet, mini fridge, microwave, glasses,cups, towels and mini shampoos. Washroom is okay. Toilet and shower working perfectly fine. If youre looking for a decent place with a decent price to stay at for a night, then I recommend this place.

A great choice for traveling on a budget; an extremely convenient location and the service is okay. The check-in & check-out were flexible, they offered to store our luggage which was appreciated. The room was comfortable, but the condition wasn't great (e.g. the chairs had stains, the wall paint was peeling in some places, the bathroom was clean but could use a reno, strange odour in the hallway when checking in). Maybe we just got one of their lesser/older rooms. There was also no coffee maker in the room or a kettle to make tea. I was traveling with an 80-year old grandmother who labored to pull her suitcase up the stairs, the staff just watched us without offering to help. It's not a hostel, so at that price the experience could use some upgrades to make it more comfortable for traveling adults and professionals.
