The breakfast options during COVID-19 doesn't need to be drastically reduced in options or portions. For example - The Western Breakfast option was tempting but was very disappointed with the quality and quantity of the baked beans, bread was very dry, the sausages were of terribly cheap grade and tasted fake. Please do change your coffee beans too, they are terribly acidic. I enjoy staying at your hotel so please don't displease your loyal customer with poor quality of food/beverages. Looking forward to immediate changes.
I enjoyed the stay very much.Staffs are very friendly and helpful. For breakfast the food need to be improve. Overall it was a memorable stay and i will come back again. Thank you.
Overall good, can improve on : The bathroom with more powerful rainfall shower. Phone shower need servicing as it doesn't hold well in place. Once tap is off, shower head will drop onto the floor. Hairdryer need replacement as it's broken. Might get electric shock!
Room very clean. Staff very friendly. Around the hotel have many nice food. I will stay again .

Its in a very convenient location and potential preferred hotel to stay. The hotel is over used and the condition looks tired and the front desk personnel are young rookies and can sometime take a long time checking in guests - can be very frustrating Need senior staff to help out especially during peak hour. Suppose to be a non smoking bar but saw staff smoking during off hours - the bar smell!
Good hotel, close to Aeon and Tesco Bukit Indah, restaurants and reflexology shops nearby.
Overall ok.. Food not much variety
Was given a Non smoking floor but the corridor smell of cigarettes. Hotel should look into this.
Location is good however checking in and out takes forever and breakfast is very disappointing.
