La cama pésima, dura. El baño demasiado pequeño. El recepcionista que nos realizo el check in con poca amabilidad y con bastantes prejuicios hacia las personas. Ya que dio por hecho de que habíamos reservado una habitación sin vista al lago, lo cual no era así. Mas aun la vista estaba tapada con edificios los cuales no dejaban ver el lago. Por otro lado aparece como con estacionamientos, lo cual es cierto pero son mínimos y no alcanza para la dotación de habitaciones del hotel.

Limpio y prolijo. Buen desayuno. No respetaron los términos de contratación de la estadía reservada por este medio. Uno de los términos fue el estacionamiento sin cargo y no fue así. Cobraban $ 500 por día, estaba sujeto a disponibilidad (y así no era publicado) y el hotel está ubicado en zona de estacionamiento medido, en subida, lo cual me generó malestar por falta de atención como consumidora y molestias para y por tener que abonar el estacionamiento público (que comenzaba a las 8 hs hasta 20 hs)

Me encantó la ubicación, muy cerca de todo; además la calefacción es muy buena. Lo que no me gustó es la cama, se supone que era cama 2 plazas, pero eran 2 camas de plaza unidas. Además la habitación no tenía una mesa, algo muy necesario. La televisión no tenía canales para niños. El desayuno, muy justo, podría haber sido mejor. Saludos
