Our room was nice, we had a private hot tub (it was dirty with bugs, but we did enjoy it after cleaning it). I was a little disappointed they didn’t have a pool. Security was hood & the front desk staff was very nice

The hotel was not bad except for the owners. BEWARE if someone is willing to pay more, they WILL and DO give your room away. We were traveling and picked this hotel specifically for the room with the jetted tub to finally relax. The owner gave our room away and had no apologies for guests that had not even arrived. The room we were put in was ok, and the guy at the front desk was nice. The breakfast is a resturant nearby with only two options but it is a cool location and that owner is very sweet.

GOOD PLACE - GREAT LOCATION - GOOD PRICE
Overall the hotel is great, the breakfast is at a great place about 150 yards away and you have the choice of four good meals. The downstairs rooms are really just hotel rooms but if all you want is a place to sleep, it is fine. The staff could not be better. We would stay again.

Some construction 2 buildings over... But not really an issue.... Great eat bar 1min walk corner 10ave and 14 calle.... Drinks 23$ pesos... Best deal for appetizers and beer or micheladas ! Very good location 1block away from 5th ave and 2 blocks away from scotiabank ATM

Such a beautiful suite! Very spacious and clean with tons of brand new amenities (microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee). Lovely place and excellent staff. I would only recommend looking into the noise coming from the bathroom fan in suite 103.

The entire hotel is immaculately clean. We also appreciate the included breakfast. The place we went for breakfast a short walk away but right on Quinta Ave. had a beautiful courtyard and tasty food. At night, the hotel is very quiet. We've stayed more than once and it doesn't disappoint.

Awesome hotel right where you want to be
For the price, I didn't really think the suite and the hotel would be this nice. The location is awesome, a half block off 5th Ave (the happening street in Playa del Carmen). The front desk staff were really incredible, Paco in particular. The cleaning staff was great as well. The suite is really large, with comfortable furniture and huge bed. I have stayed in many places in Playa del Carmen and I think this has been my favorite to date. Would absolutely stay here again.
