The best thing about the stay was the beautiful view when we stepped out of our room. We loved sitting in the chairs and watching the ocean.

Was here over 5 years ago, the property seemed in much better condition.. very dated rooms for the price, wore socks in the room the first day and they were black from the carpet.. fixtures were rusty and air conditioning didn’t work well..I will say the staff are extremely friendly, polite and informative.. was surprised with The condition of rooms , especially hearing that it’s sister resort is the Royal Lahaina

Think Twice
Stayed at Hotel for 4 nights. Pictures are very deceiving. The hotel is now under new management and getting a renovation, thankfully for visitors. We walked into the unit #12, and the refrigerator had rust all over the front which made the first impression guide the remainder of the stay. The floors were dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, towels are the usual 'rough' feeling type. Really a dump for $458 per night. After check in, the girl did not return my driver's license and I was distracted with checking out with our driver. She never gave it back - I thought I lost it, then having concerned I couldn't fly home, arranged for my passport to be delivered. That's another story. The saving grace is that you can use the facilities at the Royal Lahaina hotel which was far better than this awful yet promising property. If you're interested in just staying in town, having a kitchen to save money, not looking for anything fancy or even new, avoiding high cost restaurants, you may be interested in this property. In the end, they did what they could to make things right. Never again, however.

This is a gem of a property. It is not the most updated room on the planet. But, what it lacks in being the most modern facility, it more than makes up with the location. The room was very clean, and our view was fantastic. If you are looking for the most up to date, swanky lodging, this is probably not for you. If you want a great view, clean room, quiet surroundings, and convenience, this is the place.

Pictures can be deceiving
Location was good, however the hotel had no real amenities. Furniture was not very comfortable and though the building is being upgraded, the upgrades are just basic enhancements that unfortunately makes the units still look dated. I would rather spend a little more money for a better hotel experience then return here. I view this hotel as only a last resort hotel should other locations lack any vacancies.
