Good parking, all very clean, better cooking facilities needed to be honest especially if staying in a lodge for longer than 1 or 2 nights. Hot tub and sauna fab and very clean. Robes and slippers were provided for getting in and out the hot tub etc and separate towels to use for showers. The lock on the main bathroom didn't work and the handle eventually fell off but once reported they fixed the handle but not the lock.

The area is lovely and well kept the log cabin that we stayed in was in need of some TLC and the sofa had definitely seen better days the bed was fine and it had everything in the kitchen that you would need for a short break.

We stayed in two of the lodges which were not great. The smell in the small loo was terrible and one of the doors would not lock. A couple of glasses were broken too. However when we alerted staff they quickly sorted out these issues very effectively. I cant fault them, the service we received from staff was absolutely fabulous. Keep up the good work guys.

Great trip, disappointed on Hot Tub Restrictions should be able to use it In morning a reasonable time before check out. Canopies over tubs would be an advantage. Servicing on hot tubs would be better after guests have checked out for privacy reasons as bedroom windows overlook hot tubs.
