Worst stay, dangerously locks in and not a hotel
Worst. This is an apartment, not a hotel. No lotion, very dirty and dusty, and furniture aee worth throwing to the curb because Goodwill will not even accept them at their condition(torn couch and dirty mattress). We booked for supposedly $44 but ended up paying $111 due to taxes and other hidden undisclosed fees. You cannot see thetotal amount to pay unless you book and once you book you cannot cancel otherwise they charge high fees. This is total ripoff. I dusted the windows because they are dusty and i have a toddler. I booked for a king bed but got a queen bed with extra room having 2 single beds i do not need.no lotion or plastic cups were provided which we needed and which is standard to other hotels. This should not be listed to this site as thia os not a hotel. Staff is rude and will lie to your face. Theybsaid we will only be charged 80 for another night and that incldues taxes and all but when we are about to pay, they say it will be 100. I asked they said it will be 80 but they said it will be 100 with no shame at the lie at all. This is like bait and switch. The other room also locks you out and have no keys, dangerous if you have a toddler who could drown in the toilet bowl. If you close the other room, even if you do kot lock it, it still locks you out and they have no keys!!!!!! Do not stay here if you have toddlers, too dangerous if they play in a room that locks in and dirty.

My reservation included a 50 gift card. I never received or was offered it. There was no heat on the first night the thermostat only blew cold air. The quilt had stains from bodily fluid and was not clean. We slept in our cloths. I reported this to the desk when they came in the next day. The desk sent up a lady who shoved a blanket to me and said " here's your blanket". I ask her to come in and check the room she said no one told her to do that. She didn't even ask for the dirty blanket. I requested clean sheets I did not get them. We went out and purchased a set of sheets. When we checked out we left a letter requesting that the management return the first nights fee plus any cleaning fee. We still have not heard from anyone at the Pittsfield. On a good note there was a young lady with great customer service skills at the front desk. She was pleasant and informative at all times. If only the rest of the staff was just like her.

Good price, perfect location, clean.
Location is perfect. The only two negative things for us was the WiFi that did not work at all inside the room and the heater that did not work well, first night was ok but the second night it just not worked at all.
