Es un hotel viejo, en cuanto llegue a la cabina, el olor a humedad fue desagradable, el aire acondicionaso no funcionaba, el agua caliente no era constante, no tenia ventanas, en la noche la cantidad de insectos se metian en el cuarto y para rematar las camas super duras e incomodas, no recomiendo este lugar. El precio pagado es demasiado alto, para mi este debe ser un hotel de no mas de U$ 100 la noche y esto por las aguas termales y la comida. Tienen mucha oportunidad de mejora, hay que invertir dinero.

At first I thought how inconvenient to not have WiFi in our rooms, but now I see that because of that I enjoyed my stay at arenal a million times more. It was so relaxing and peaceful to stay there, not to mention the delicious warm water in their 11 pools across the resort. Both my kids, my husband and I would recommend going and we would definitely love to go back some day again.
