This is not my first time to Carlton Downtown, I used to come here since it was called Warwick, excellent location, service, near to the metro station & most of the attractions. Room service is available to clean the room even at late hours. Will definitely come here again.

It is a good place to stay for business
The hotel is a good hotel but it needs more attention to cleanliness. The bathroom shower has mildew in some areas. The bedroom carpeting has a lot of spots on it too.

Celebrating my wife's birthday!
From the time that I checked in till I checked out this was the great experience. I was celebrating my wife's surprise birthday and the hotel presented us with a delicious chocolate cake. I was upgraded from the premium suite to the Penthouse suite with spectaculars views of Burj Khalifa. The metro station is barely 5 mins walk and there are plenty of taxis outside if u wish to ride them. The room was huge and very comfortable. I would rate this a 5 star experience

Non professional check in takes a while, Phillipino Ladies in front desk are unprofessional 46 floor a night club very suspicious people the body guard is aggressive not professional unfriendly bad experience.
