    Basic airport hotel, over priced
    Conveniently located very close to airport and very good for flight layovers etc. However, couldn't find visible signs or info on the shuttle service - ended up walking, as had no heavy bags; Room is clean but small and very basic - no facial tissues, no coffee maker, shampoo/conditioner in disposable plastic packets, no ice machines anywhere and hotel wanted to charge me for ice, which I find outrageous (!); Check in process is very slow but part of it maybe due to Brazilian bureaucracy; Breakfast was nothing special, very basic, however, dinner buffet was actually pretty good and reasonably priced; Front desk Staff ok but not overly helpful, other staff (restaurant, bellmen etc) much better. Overall served its purpose but over priced for the value

    Beware of the taxi mafia at Brasilia's Airport
    Upon arrival, we called the Hotel so the free Shuttle will pick us up. A greedy taxi driver impersonated the shuttle service and the taxi dispatcher played along with him. Since the dispatcher answer YES when I asked "Is this the free shuttle service?", I allowed the taxi to take us to the Hotel. When the driver demanded payment I refused, and thanks to the Hotel staff, the situation was resolved. Beware of the taxi mafia at Brasilia's Airport!!
