    The overall experience is mixed! Positives; 1. Friendly staff 2. Fairly clean 3. Onsite parking although paid Negatives 1. Booked the swimming pool before we arrived but someone had forgotten to register and our children missed out. 2. Staff have very little idea on what services they had offered. Daily house keeping was not done until we reminded them but they had no idea that was part of the package. Anyway they did part of it- bed was not made and many others! Ridiculous 3. Had to wait close to 4 pm because the room was not ready when the checkin is at 2pm. But checkout was extended until 12pm to compensate. 4 falling a/c fixings. They fixed with ceblotapes! 5 very little cutleries and pans, etc. it’s a apartment booked for 5, but only 2 tea spoons! 6. 2 single beds do not mean it’s double! Where did they get the idea! I am a gold member of Hotels.com and this is the first time I have stayed in a hotel/apartments with such failures. I may not stay again.

    Dirty and extremely in need of maintenance. We were first put in a room that didn’t suit our family (four beds for five people), which had holes in all the walls and water damage. After refusing to believe us that the couch was not a sofa bed, they came and checked and realised we were telling the truth so moved us. The new room stank like cigarettes with the same water damage, a broken tap and tiles coming off the wall, but at least was a little more decorated than the last room. The worst bit was the queen bed that had a huge dip in the middle. We hardly slept the whole time we were there from how uncomfortable the bed was and ended up checking out and going home a day early. No refund on our car parking despite it being promised either - which was another saga in itself, as we were told prior to arrival that parking didn’t need to be booked only to be told it was booked out when we arrived. The lack of maintenance was blamed on COVID, which is a pathetic excuse - places are meant to be cleaned more often.

    This place is not bad for the money, but it is a little run down in the room. Its not fancy and is spacious, and the comfort was OK. Also the internet just did not work at all. I tethered to my phone so I was fine but internet will be important to a lot of people.

    The check in process was easy, the room was okay, the shower head was not very good and they said they 'fixed' it but it was not any better. We also were not told about having to book for the pool until we tried to go for a swim and then were told that it was completely booked for the next three days. It would have been nice for someone to tell us that when we checked in or maybe sent an email before hand so we could've booked something in prior.

    Do not recommend

    The bed was definitely the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. Place was dirty. Receptionist was super rude. We had to pay $50 for parking as there parking lot was under maintenance. Oh and the pool was booked out for the whole time we were there which would’ve been nice if they had told us beforehand.

    Atrocious, prison like & filthy. Sums in 3 words!

    Property is super tired, cramped, filthy and service is terrible. Parking is confusing, rooms/apartments are super tiny and furniture is absolutely aged and broken. Not even half a star is worth for this so called “Serviced apartments complex”...
