My stay in Victoria was because of medical condition(s). My regret is that I did not have the energy to enjoy and explore the amenities sufficiently.

The Craigmyle is an incredible heritage hotel in the Craigdarroch Castle property. The condition of the building, service by the staff and overall cleanliness was phenomenal!

Lovely hotel in the old neighborood
We had a very good stay. Staff are helpful and accommodating. The premises are clean and Covit sensitive. Excellent location with lots of walks in the old neighborhood. Some of the rooms are small but stuff are friendly and it feels like staying with friends.

Great location for walking. Wifi is unreliable. Guests who stay in rooms above other vacation rooms need to be reminded that not everyone below them has to get up at 5am! Some people on vacation enjoy sleeping in.

Great all around
This is my second time staying. It is a lovely place to stay. Close to various attractions but it is in a beautiful residential area. Quiet at night. This time due to Covid, breakfast was not served. Too bad it was a lovely breakfast last time.

So , they advertised as supplying breakfast during the booking process and delete it in fine print on an email a few days later ... missed it so had to go out and buy it. They sold us two rooms with TV’s , there were no TV’s. They offered us a $10 discount. There was absolutely no concierge on site , it’s a ghost ship . Great location but find a another place
