Pros: Good location which is just 3 minutes walk from the Metro Station Cons: Shower had loud noises; wall is not as sound proof; breakfast timing is really off as it only starts at 8am which can be too late since the daytime in Winter is shorter; fridge in the room is not working; no kettle in the room and we had to get the hot water from the receptionist We have requested for a takeaaay breakfast on the last day as our train is at 740am in the morning. The receptionist said he was not informed about it but when he did a check, he realised he missed it out. Turns out, he merely pack 2 plain bread (cold and not toasted) for us. There were other food such as the crossaints are already ready and we requested for it (since breakfast is a buffet style) but he refused to let us have it. When we requested for hot water that morning, he also refused to let us have it with lame reason saying it will tale time for him to boil water. Honestly dissapointed with the service rendered.
Clean room beds terrible breakfast space was small because the time slots is not planned correctly it’s from 8-9:30 so a lot of visitors wants to eat early to go out as the day is short. So at 8 Am visitors stream in with limited seats.
We loved the location of this hotel! It was a 2-min walk from the train station and had many restaurants, a grocery, pharmacy, and Catholic church all within a stone's throw. The People Mover to the cruise terminal was only about a 5-min walk away too. Great location, friendly staff, clean and safe rooms, and free breakfastall for a great price!
Great value for money. Clean and a good continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
It was far from everything, very old. Definitely not staying here ever again.
Nice clean hotel very good location everything is near by. Only thing is bathroom is very small but its okay we stayed for couple nights.
Location was great. Minutes from train station. Had a late check in. Asked for extra pillows got 1. Bed not very comfortable Breakfast was horrible. Extremely crowded. Not enough space to accommodate the people there. No bowls or silverware Coffee line very long.
Perfect location, great price, delicious breakfast, friendly stafd, clean
Best location near the Santa Lucia Station,Just 1 minute walking to the hotel. Don’t have to cross any bridge over the Canal or take porter /water taxi etc. just turn left from the exit of the station and turn left to the street. The hotel name is marked with direction in the street wall
It was a charming small hotel in a less crowded part of Venice, but still near the Grand Canal.
