The roof top restaurant was very nice and Ibrahim was excellent as well as the chefs who made our poached eggs. It was confusing to know when the restaurant was open to the guests and we did not find out until the last night that the bar downstairs also served food. Very limited staff who spoke English

Great location! Pricey for the value. Excellent breakfast. Be careful not to overcharged due to currency difference. Hotel overcharged me for the room I had reserved for my niece and her husband. They charge you in euros even you have booked in US dollars! Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Overall good hotel with great location.

Excellent and neat hotel. Rooms were of impeccable quality. Spacious bedroom and living room. Bathroom was ultra luxury. Had all the necessary amenities plus many additional items. Breakfast was extremely tasty and fancy. View from rooftop hotel was astounding. My price included complimentary late check-out. But the check-in personell was not aware of this option and questioned multiple times how expedia can sell price like this. But eventually after argument they gave us late check-out.

The room was fine, mattress hanging through a bit, the rest of the hotel looked much better on the website. The top floor restaurant has a great view but the furnishings are not very comfortable and very used. On the map it seems like you are super close to Taksim Sq however it's a pretty steep uphill walk takes about 10 min at least.
