Room was clean, very spacious. Had a separate living room like area. Perfect for a family of five. Great location and wonderful staff.
Our second stay here visiting our child at Vandy. Beds comfortable but rooms and elevators not as clean as before. Breakfast was really good, though.
Great location to Vanderbilt, great restaurants within walking distance. Hotel was in excellent condition, beautiful, well- maintained. Beds were comfy, no technical issues with ANYTHING! Great stay, highly recommend.
I recently stayed at a Homewood Suites in another city and this one a little bit of a let down after that one. The room felt a little run down and dated and there was some mold around the shower enclosure. Check in was good. They were friendly and helpful and it went quickly. Front desk personnel were great throughout my stay until check out. The woman who checked me out was gruff and not friendly. Parking is expensive at $32 per night. Free breakfast was not worth picking up, especially the hot option.
Excellent stay, friendly and helpful staff. Disappointed that the room we requested, which was any room at ground level since we want to avoid elevators (we are 73 and 83 years old), was not ready for an hour after we checked in even though we checked in after 4pm. Also there seemed to be lots of people crowded on elevators, many with no masks, and waiting for an elevator empty or few people on it was a long wait. I do know that it is not your fault if people are not wearing masks though it would have been nice to have someon point out to these people that masks should be worn. At breakfast, a woman in line inf ront of us with her daughter who was about 10 or 12, was waring a mask, but her daughter was not; her daughter was joking and talking and making loud sounds twisting around and with no mask it was not good. Of course her mem did nothing to stop her,
The bed sheets appeared wrinkled as if they had not been changed. However, I am sure they had been. The room overall was comfortable.
This was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in awhile. Everything was very clean. We felt comfortable and safe. That’s a good feeling these days.
It was absolutely very good stay. Very great customer service especially from the front personnel Abigail. She was very pleasant and caring to our situation.
The staff was friendly and genuine. They did a really good job making us feel secure with their cleaning and safety practices during the pandemic. The full kitchen was nice to have available. Great value.
Room was dirty and mold on the walls. Staff was friendly
