Excellent hotel in pretty good location
I really liked my stay there and could not fault it. The hotel is so nicely designed and has very crisp and clean lines. The bed was super comfortable and they had a good selection of channels on tv with recommendations even featured on the smart tv. Would highly recommend this hotel especially as I got an excellent rate too. Looking forward for my next visit in Frankfurt to stay at this hotel again.

Short walk from the central train station. Can see the main river view from higher floor. Beautiful Scandinavian design of the room furniture, amazing selections for the breakfast and vice nice, bright and airy restaurant environment. Staff are always helpful as well. Due to coronavirus a lot of events got cancelled so I scored a great deal from Expedia, if the room rate would be the same or slightly expensive I would definitely come back next time!

This is 4 Star rated Hotel, I arrive there at 12.00 PM, they didn't gave me the room, even though room was free. I had to wait for an hour to get the key. they were asking 15 Euro extra for early check inn. This was very surprising, as this grade of hotel was charging extra for an hour early check in, that is 12.00 PM. I am visiting Frankfurt since 1998 at least twice a year and always check in at about 9.00 to 9.30 AM as Emirates lands in the Morning 7.30 to 8.15 AM. As per hotel norms, hotel check in is 3.00 PM. it means one should never take early flight.

Well located for my needs (walking distance from Haupt Bahnhof and across river from relevant museums). All modern and, in that sense a bit impersonal. Service seemed fine but I didn't ask for anything. Only can judge that room was made up etc. and at breakfast, staff was helpful. In general more for business types traveling alone and for short stays (two/three nights; not in any way homey or cozy as one might want for longer stays or more personal experience.
