About this hotel
This I could rate only as a Lodge and not as a hotel as i saw in the webiste . 1. None of the staff are able to talk in english and I could not understand portuguese 2. Though I showed the accomodation booking of expedia , they could not understand and was not sure that booking has been made . Resulting i had to swipe my card again . 3. during swiping card a doublke debit has happened and i am now struggling to get back the duplicate debit done theough my ICICI Travel card . The hotel staff says that double debit has not been made but in my icici account the doble debit has been made and in spiet of showing them the SMS , they could not refund and asked us to claim from bank 4. Break fast was ok but no vegetarian food . 5 Friday no dinner available 6 . The bath room the health fasit was defective resulting in water all arround In short , i had a bad experiance and will not opt to stay there aagain n Regards chandrasekar
