Upon arrival, it is quite likely you will be shuffled to the poorer, lower standard hotel next door. This is how they run their booking game.
When I arrived (Feb 2015), after checking-in, the front desk clerk without any explanation picked up my bag and told me to follow her. As she opened the front door, I stopped her and asked where she is going and only after questioning her I was told the air conditioner was not working in my room, so they would move me next door. I said I DID NOT need an air conditioner, but I was not allowed to stay in Arches Club Hotel, regardless. It was shameless bait-and-switch tactics!
