A little far from Patong beach. About 15mins walk to Patong Beach. Friendly service. Everything is good. However there isn't any elevator. So please don't bring heavy luggages here. I would recommend this to others as it has value for money

Nice place, sweet staff, very clean room. Not far from the centre of town. The road outside is a bit busy though.

Five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We were blown away by the atmosphere created at arch club. We were greated by the lady who runs the place, shown to a beautiful room that rivals a decent hotel back home in Canada. The rooms were cleaned every day, the bed was comfortable and the entire ascetic of the room was very modern. The "boss lady" was already around, able to help us with any questions we had, gave recommendations and even personally called our cab when they were late in picking us up to catch our flight. Overall I still cannot believe the steal of a deal we got for our stay at arch club.

The hotel is super clean and the staff are some of the friendliest I have encountered. This is not a five star hotel but for the cost. You can't beat it anywhere

Nice host guide us for the good food around, we get an early departure flight but she still appeared to send an regards. Warm and kind host. Should get a try with arch club. :)

I stayed at Arch Club for a few days. I find it pretty good for the price. It's a cozy small hotel, the rooms perhaps not perfect, but for the price I think it's great. It's clean and friendly, wifi worked well. 7eleven across the street as well family mart is just a short walk. The blue patong bus stops outside it as well.

Ants galore
Ants swarmed the bathroom and corners of the room every day, despite the fact that we tried to kill them every time we saw them. Really close to Patong beach with a motorbike, which can be rented at the hotel. Overall it's really nice until you decide to look a little closer.

Arches Club Hotel pictures are deceiving!!!
Upon arrival, it is quite likely you will be shuffled to the poorer, lower standard hotel next door. This is how they run their booking game. When I arrived (Feb 2015), after checking-in, the front desk clerk without any explanation picked up my bag and told me to follow her. As she opened the front door, I stopped her and asked where she is going and only after questioning her I was told the air conditioner was not working in my room, so they would move me next door. I said I DID NOT need an air conditioner, but I was not allowed to stay in Arches Club Hotel, regardless. It was shameless bait-and-switch tactics!
