Não é um resort e sim um hotel bom , com quartos espaçosos , com all inclusive. Comidas , bebidas , doces com variedades. Café da manhã muito boooom . Só deixa a desejar a relação dos copos serem de plástico e no clube de praia não limparem a área que eles usam . Poderiam passam um ancinho onde as cadeiras e os bangalôs ficam e desdribuir saquinhos para até mesmo os hóspedes catarem os seus lixos . Copos descartáveis para beber drinks não é legal . Fora isso ,tudo ótimo !

Péssimo
Chegamos no hotel com antecedência e apenas pedimos para guardar as malas pois tínhamos umas pendências para resolver e que as 14hrs voltaríamos. Voltamos no horário combinado e pediram pra aguardar pois o quarto não estava pronto , ficamos uma hora esperando e a cada momento pediam um tempo e nada se resolvia. Nisso várias pessoas chegavam e eram acomodadas antes de nós . Até que ficamos sem paciência e resolveram nós trocar de quarto. Os funcionários só estão ali por que precisam de um emprego, ninguém faz questão de dar bom dia ou boa noite, sorrisos nem existiam , e pra quem já ficou em outros resorts sabe muito bem que o primeiro padrão de um resort e a simpatia dos funcionários. O banheiro do quarto estava sem a tampa da saída de água , algo que custa menos de R$ 5,00 . Reclamamos e até a saída estava lá aberta e livre para insetos circularem.
