Low class hotel
Lowest class ever. Don't wast your money and time. Very rude manager doesn't even know how to talk to customers. Rooms are so different from the photos it's 1-2 stars level. Rooms so dirty lobby so smelly no carpet in the room light sockets not working. And more.

Great Hotel!
Lovely hotel, situated in central Tokyo. Breakfast was superb and service is first class. I recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Very Good 8.0
Good area, well placed hotel, good price-but small
The area is one of the best in Tokyo for variety of food in the evenings, busy, safe, comfortable and the hotel is very well situated - 2 minutes from the metro, literally. The room was extremely small, so small that for one who likes to do push ups in his own privacy, there was no way to do it. Think of bed, small passage (enough to open the door) and small bathroom. In short, if you're not claustrophobic, the place is ideal.

Very Good 8.0
The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and the location was excellent. The amenities were good, too. You don't need to bring anything. We stayed there for 7 nights, so, as a family, we just wish that the room were a little bit bigger and had drawers that we actually could put our clothes in, it had a closet, though. I also wish there was a lamp at the desk. Overall, we liked the hotel. We'd go back.

Exceptional 10.0
Breakfast was great and location excellent. Hallway was messy and needed to be vacuumed, surprising since Tokyo is mostly very clean. We’d stay here again. The pocket wi-fi they have available is such a great deal to get.
