One of the bad experience
Extremely disappointed :-( Reason 1) No hot water on Day time, when complained they said other room stayer might have used lot of it. So it will be OK as time passes but did not change. But never improved and we got the proper HOT water supply @ early morning only. 2) Garbage was not cleared (previous person stayed dumped his food scrap which was not clear even after I complained to Reception). I end-up staying with Garbage. He said the housekeeping will come and clear it but did not show-up till we vacated it. 3) Totally no WIFI connection at all. Went I complained 3 times no solution. So I end-up and switching on my Data-Plan to browse. 4) Floor was stinky so I used my outside shoe to walk inside. Positive factor : a) Room size was big b) Bath room condition was good c) All appliances was in good shape (Fridge,Microwave and Stove). d) Location was not close to Downtown but at least walkable distace

Great for a one night stay
Great if you don't plan on spending much time in the room, has all the necessities but that's it.

NOT staying here ever again
Stay started fine, normal check in and Paid up front which now I should not have. Room was way below what I had expected for $110.00 per night, small fridge that was good the TV was poor the Coffee maker did not work, the bed was very uncomfortable and slid around on the tile floor.Bathroom was clean however the hot water took along time to get to the room and was hard to regulate. We were not happy with the cleanliness of the floor and advise to take a foot cover of some sort. We left the room secure and asked for the room to be made up, upon our return our room was left wide open and had been like that for some time. I approached the manager about it and voiced my disappointment and shock that the cleaning crew did not secure the room after finishing. She only said sorry nothing else. Our cloths were the only things in the room and nothing was missing but really not happy with our room being left unsecured. When I checked out all I got from manager is that her crew was sure they closed the door and that was all, she did go on to say that she knows how I felt because it happened to her once when staying some where. She offered nothing as to a return of some money or an offer of anything at all. If you have to stay here be carefull.

Egh
While not in a bad area, it is next to a auto repair shop. Would not stay here again, regardless if it was free. Outside area smelled like cigarettes and they used random areas to store stuff. Room was ideal if you were running from the law or just picked up a street walker.Things that are easily fixable were left as is. While bed seemed clean, we slept on a sheet we brought from home. Owners should be embarrassed by the lack of efforts put in to fix this place up.
