Shower head sprayed water everywhere from the top. Poor connection to the supply pipe. This has been a problem for a while. Paint on the ceiling was damaged from the water. I informed both the maid and front deck. Gustav, who checked me in was EXCELLENT!

Tive um incidente, tentei estabelecer contato com a propriedade e não obtive nenhum retorno. Não recomendo, pois na hora de reservar é fácil porém, se acontece um incidente/imprevisto, a propriedade te ignora. Nunca mais farei uma reserva no Hotel Florinda e também não recomendo.

Hotel Florinda sem água
Nos hospedamos no hotel do dia 9.01 até 13.01. Não há o que falar sobre a localização do hotel, é excelente! Perto de tudo, Calle 27 super badalada, com restaurantes e barzinhos super charmosos. Contudo, houve falta de água dois dias. Simplesmente abria o chuveiro e não saia água para o banho, após um dia inteiro de praia. Ao questionar o pessoal da recepção fomos informados que não se tratava de um problema geral da cidade, mas sim algo pontual do hotel e do restaurante ao lado. Os funcionários pareciam estar habituados com a situação. Café da manhã sem reposição após as 10h, faltando alguns itens. Limpeza do quarto e talheres do café deixaram a desejar.

Uma boa localização
Muito bem localizado, ao lado de restaurantes e bares, o mais legal que vc pode curtir a placa mansa sem Ondas ou a playa brava , eles emprestam guarda sol e cadeiras sem custo, muito atenciosos, fazem passeios para vinícolas, casa pueblo ,, hotel simples mas muito bom. Pode ser feito tudo a pé.
