The property is conveniently located, but right on the main street and the noise from trucks and motorcycles all night makes it difficult to sleep. Windows are thin pane glass and there is no noise cancellation.

Amazing romantic hotel, good variated breakfast, friendly staff and great location in Gramado. You can rent bicycles from hotel for free to explore the magical city by bike and you can park them anywhere in the streets nobody will touch them it's a very safe village. Great experience...

Laghetto Gramado
Hotel localizado aproximadamente 1 km da rua coberta e em frente um lago possibilitando praticar atividade física (corrida e caminhada). A avenida em frente e bem movimentada causando um leve desconforto com barulho. Estivemos em Setembro/23 para comemorar aniversário da minha filha. Deixaram um mimo no quarto e no café da manhã. Recepção sempre solicita e principalmente a turma do café da manhã. O Sr. Neemias sempre muito simpático e prestativo. Único inconveniente é a obra ao lado do hotel que começavam a trabalhar as 8h todos os dias (inclusive domingo). Trator, caminhão, quebradeira; foi bem desagradável uma vez que estávamos de férias e não pretendíamos acordar cedo. Não poderia deixar de mencionar o up grade de cortesia. Foi sensacional.

Hotel bonito, bem conservado e muito bem localizado. Recomendo. O único ponto fraco foi no café da manhã. Eles utilizam um suco artificial de laranja e de uva que são muito ruins. O restante do hotel compensou este probleminha.

O hotel permite que terceiros façam abordagens aos hospedes ofertando imóveis e outras coisas tanto em frente ao hotel quanto dentro. Se fosse um uma vez tudo bem, mas eles passam quase 24hs ali te importunando..."vc já pegou seu brinde". Em 2 dias fomos abordados umas 6 vezes pela mesma pessoa.
