    Lovely, confy, welcoming and with an amazing view. Peaceful and quiet place. The hostess is so kind and smiling. The only downside, is that if you are planning to do everything in downtown of Victoria, it´s a little bit far. But if you are willing to rent a car, there might be no problem.

    Terrific place. Very helpful hosts. Perfect location right on the water with lovely views. Lovely accommodation with 1st class amenities. The breakfast although not a sit down hot meal due to Covid was very complete including lovely fresh baked muffins. Would certainly stay here again

    The property was clean to look at it but it did not smell clean. It was ‘sticky’ The quality of breakfast in a box was the same as for kindergarten children, not what anybody would expect from b&b. No tea or coffee available in the room even though the room came with a kitchen.

    Sanctuary time!

    Great place off the beaten track. Ocean view and lagoon out front. Canoes and kayaks for your use as well as hot tub and beautiful deck. Nice walks to Hatley Castle and the beach. Excellent breakfast!
