40 min pra fazer chekin
Hotel bonito por fora. Fomos em 3 casais... Na chegada, mesmo tendo preenchido a ficha de chekin 1h antes e retornando as 14 para dar entrada, ainda ficamos esperando mais de 40 min pra fazer o chekin, pois nenhum dos quartos estava limpo. Um casal teve que dormir em cama de solteiro. E a tarde todos exaustos da viagem, tentando tirar um cochilo, nos ligam no quarto porque não sabiam quem estava hospedado em cada quarto. Internet péssima, não funcionou em nenhum dos quartos, tv com imagem péssima. Café da manhã bom, camas boas...

Gostei da localização
Fiquei 6 dias no hotel e no geral foi bem agradável, bom café da manhã, o quarto era bem confortável e a localização do hotel para quem estava de carro era muito boa pois o mesmo fica entre Gramado e Canela, atrás do museu de cera, próximo de duas ótimas cervejarias e das lojas de chocolate, mas longe do trânsito e barulho de Gramado. Na minha opnião o grande problema do hotel foi o péssimo isolamento acústico e os hóspedes que ajudavam a piorar esse problema. O hotel possui estacionamento descoberto em frente ao mesmo.

Bem razoável
O quarto era bem confortável, mais o secador estava queimado.. o parafuso que segura a água da banheira não tinha, a recepção informou que o último hóspede havia roubado. A recepção uma bagunça 1 recepcionista pra atender a todos sem falar que as vezes ficava vazia porque a mesma subia até os quartos pra resolver outros problemas.. café da manhã pão mofado, elevador quebrado, só escada! Vi muito gente reclamando do local lá mesmo.
