Shocking experience. The air con remote did not work. Told staff and they said can only operate it by calling lobby. Woke up in middle of night boiling and had to ask them to change the temperature. Then fire alarm at 6:30am. Message was wait for instructions. 10 mins or so. Wide awake. Then it just stops … nobody told us it was a false alarm. Worst night of sleep in years. Oh yeah I got in a 9:35pm and room service was over.
