Bad experience
The receptionist was rude and stuborn. She insisted that I should pay the city tax on checking in. Usually I pay that on checking out. They treat people as if there were thieves. I did not like the terrible idea of not having a proper closet/ wardrobe in the room. That terrible open corner where you van hang some of your clothes is a very bad idea.There was no fridge which I found very disappointing. The price id quite high for a 3 star hotel. The location is on the edge on the center in a dark area where you find no fun, no coffee shops or restaurants near by.

Unexpected stay due to technical difficulties at the airport. The reception staff were exceptional, helped us with an early check in and were super friendly.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a central location. A nice basic breakfast was provided and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location, close to the central station, shops, restaurants and the city center. The facilities are good, but the hotel does not have restaurant. The reception and social space are on the first floor. The service was cordial and efficient. The room was comfortable and quiet, allowing a good night's sleep. Despite not having minibar it was equipped with electric coffee pot, which allowed us to take hot drinks. The bathroom is functional and has good areas with shower gel and shampoo dispensers. Breakfast is good with quality products. As it is a business-oriented hotel if you travel for leisure, at the weekend, you will get better rates. Is a good value for your money.

Relaxing clean place.
Nice Hotel so clean and Staff very polite and informative. Would prefer the normal buffet breakfast but due to covid 19 restrictions only breakfast in a bag was available and not great. The only massive downside to this hotel is the parking charge of 28 euros completely over the top when you consider local secure parking will ost about 16 euros per 24 hours. HOLIDAY INN NEED TO REVIEW THIS URGENTLY.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De kamer was schoon. De ligging is centraal. Het bed was erg smal en de kamer was gehorig. Kwam deels door de tussendeur Het afhaalontbijt was elke dag hetzelfde. Op de kamer was er geen goede plek voor het nuttigen van het ontbijt. Je kon niet met twee aan het bureau zitten.
