In the heart of university circle
The hotel is clean and well kept with large rooms. It is near the hospitals as well as CWRU. Walking distance to museums and great food in little Italy.

Very happy with our stay here!
This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location right next to University Hospital was so convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here a lot over the last 2 months and have been very happy with everything. They are very accommodating! I would definitely recommend this place!

Case Western Reserve University visit
It was a very nice hotel and very convenient walking distance to everything. My first time in Cleveland to visit Case Western with my daughter. Love also the Bistro downstairs food was good excellent breakfast options and Starbucks coffee. Definitely will stay again!

Would Stay Here Again!
We chose to stay at this hotel because of it's close proximity to the hospital but I would definitely stay here again! It's very clean and comfortable. We stayed for several days and all of the staff we encountered we friendly and helpful. The only thing that I didn't like was the lack of parking but they do offer valet parking, which we used, and they were very friendly and efficient. I really did like this hotel.

Nice, clean hotel but mixed review
This is a nice hotel conveniently located. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. However, we arrived early and asked to use the restroom in the lobby. The GM tried to deny us and said we didn't have a reservation but then upon further review found it. Another negative was that nine cars were broken into overnight in surrounding parking garages (not the hotel garage). Mine was one of them. According to police, these break-ins are a problem (though this is not fault of the hotel). The hotel staff was helpful in helpful, letting me store baggage a little longer.

Great Covid Rules Enforced by kind staff
During Covid house rules differ property to property but hats off to the Marriott Courtyard in University Square. Staff, cleanliness and kindness to my service dog all made a difficult stay as good as can be. I can not thank the hotel enough. I tipped so they would know. Masks were worn and enforced. Too many politically motivated rule breakers but not at this hotel in a red state.

Perfect Accommodations next to CWRU
Great accommodations! Staff is super friendly and helpful, the fitness room was clean with plenty of equipment, lots of sitting and areas to eat take-out. We really liked the outdoor firepit area. Starbucks is served in the hotel! Had to park our car valet because there isn't a parking lot at the hotel, but the gentlemen who brought our car were always quick and very friendly and helpful. Used the laundry room once, 3 washers and only one dryer...Nice little mini market in the lobby selling drinks, snacks and even frozen dinners and desserts. Our suite had a fridge and microwave, 2 TVs and lots of seating. The bathroom could use more towel racks! Thanks for a great stay in University Circle, Cleveland!
