Disappointed
A nice hotel. Very well located. Was fine till I experienced shocking behavior from a staff member (possibly head waiter) at the roof restaurant on my final evening. It was obvious discrimination to the point that the bar staff and waiter were embarrassed by this person's behavior. I left and ate elsewhere. To be clear this was the only bad experience i had at the hotel but would certainly not want to stay there again. Reception staff were great.

Decent property that is in a good location. Had an issue with one of the rooms with the shower overflowing and water not draining properly. The staff was overall nice outside of the gentleman at the front counter. They weren't very attentive as we had a few things we needed in the rooms and also had AC issues, but they would always forget and dismiss it. Overall, good location but it could have def. been a better stay.

My overall experience at the Radisson was disappointing. The front desk man Atilla assisted me at the end of my stay, and imagine to my surprise he overcharged me for luggage storage which I left for only 12 hours. He charged me 50 try instead of the original price of 30 try. I have no problem with the money, however when l noticed his rudeness is when he decided to overcharge me
