We arrived at the door and was greeted with stern words….”name please! Full name?” Made it upstairs to the room to be greeted to the duvet just thrown onto bed, not even with a duvet cover or a bed sheet on the bed. General cleanliness also not anywhere near a decent standard, stains on the duvet and on the mattress. Not somewhere I’d go again, at all.
