The best hotel I stayed in when visiting South Korea. The views of the marina and city from the 26th floor were spectacular, especially from the floor to ceiling windows. The staff were extremely helpful and offered a number of experiences, including ‘Evening set’ and ‘Private yacht picnic’. I would visit Busan just to stay at this hotel again.

High quality, central hotel. easy location to get to all major sights in Busan and around. rooms are new, large and very clean. wheelchair accessible, incl walk in shower dietary: no / very limited vegetarian options, also difficult to get a menu item changed for vegetarian option. despite 3 restaurants we had almost no choice, only downside of the hotel. breakfast did have many vegetarian options and was great, so disappointing that for diner there were so limited options. overall staff is very friendly and helpful 10/10
