Amazing personal, friendliest staff in DC.
It was filled with such and amazing staff! The ONLY downside was a stain on the chair in our room. It is no fault of the staffs but I would hope the establishment would replace if they can’t clean. :)

Everything was good. The only thing was the air conditioner. We had it set at 66 but the room remain at 77/78. It wouldn’t get cold.

A great spot.
Great spot. Not too far from the mall. Really attentive staff. Went out of their way to make everyone safe, and make everyone feel safe. Crazy expensive parking. Park across the street in the garage for half the price. Save yourself on that. Everything else is great.

Great stay. Very covid safe/clean. Friendly and professional staff. Good location. One of the two elevators did not work and apparently hasn't worked in some time according to the reviews.

The hotel is good but some necessities that needed does not inside the room like microwave, tootbrush,colgate. Especially welcome bottled water.

Fantastic service
We had an absolutely wonderful experience here from the moment we walked in. Frank was the receptionist on duty when we arrived. We have stayed in MANY hotels across the country and he was the friendliest and most professional receptionist I have ever been greeted by.
