Great hotel and amazing staff! Friendly, professional, helpful. Luci from housekeeping was spectacular! She was attentive and made our stay a pleasant one. I would recommend this hotel over any US branded hotel. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long long time!

Great hotel right in the mall, so extremely convenient. Right next to the cable cars and walking distance from excellent cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself was clean modern and well maintained. Highly recommend!!

My stay was very short but it was good. I enjoyed the breakfast they provided. The hotel room view was amazing. I found the shower to be a bit dirty found some hairs in there, around the sink as well, that were not mine or my partners.

Everything about my stay was excellent. From friendly staff who greeted me and helped me with my suitcases at 4:30 in the morning, to a comfy bed, shower (with warm water and great water pressure), and a beautiful view, the Stannum was just what I needed to recharge after my travels! The food was all reasonably priced and yummy, and the included breakfast buffet was a great bonus. Plus, when I had a sudden change in plans that meant that I had to stay an extra night at the hotel, the staff was very accommodating!
