I booked the hotel through hotels.com and the number of guest didn’t Book as 2 guest. I showed up to the hotel and was charged an additional $30usd for my wife. I when back to hotel.com website and choose the same hotel same size room with 2 guests and the price didn’t change from 1-2 guest. I showed the hotel that on hotels.com that price was the same if with 1 guest or 2. Hotel still didn’t reverse the charges.

I liked the inclusion of breakfast in the deal. The choice of food was not always to my liking and choice got more limited during the week. The fruit was ok but not really fresh, cereal choice limited, choice of cooked breakfast a bit limited AND it is a 5* hotel.....I don't think so

I was harassed and threatened by the DRUNK security guard of this hotel who demanded money from me when I was entering the hotel at 2am in the morning with my girlfriend. The boy at the reception didnot do anything about it. They said the security guard was fired the next day but I dont believe them. This is a very unsafe place with shady people lurking around INSIDE the hotel day and night. I reported the incident to the embassy. STAY AWAY from this place!

Hi there!!! The room was cold because no one was working on the heat switching mode to repaired so nobody appeared to repair it, could have given the other room but it was not suggested to me. And in general it was nice and comfortable.
