The room safe wasn’t working when we arrived. The following day they repaired it and it broke a second time. The hotel responded quickly but it was inconvenient. Secondly, be sure to verify additional charges for airport pick-up. After midnight there are additional fees which they didn’t mention when I called them.

The hotel is located at a STELLAR location: across from the Santafé mall, and the popular “Poblado” area and its surroundings (with lots of options for you to try). Super safe area!!!!!! The room was immaculate, not to mention that delicious air freshener (or scent) they have on the hallways. BH Hotel is located by the Avenida El Poblado, which is on of the main roads of the city. We were welcomed with a papaya and orange drink when we checked in. We loved it!

Very nice hotel modern and clean. The breakfast and breakfast dining area are outstanding. The personnel are all great, helpful, and well trained. The Santa Fe Shopping Center is right across the street, convenient and very nice. The only slight glitch that we had is that the WiFi was working sporadically, we told them about it and they are working to fix it.
