Wow, this place has it dialed. From check-in to check-out, everything was on pointe. Property is very clean and well-maintained throughout. Staff was attentive and polite, and Covid precautions are observed with masks were worn properly by all staff that we were in contact with. There is a sandy beach as well as two pools for swimming or relaxing, spa, gym, and several restaurants and bar on site. Our room was beautifully appointed with deck facing the ocean. The room was quiet and spacious, and everything operated as expected. Bedding and mattress were clean and comfortable. It all made for a relaxing experience, as our attention was focused on enjoying the sunshine and our stay. The restaurant is very open with tall ceilings for good air circulation. The seating was safely spaced apart. We enjoyed a delicious banquet breakfast. The property itself is large, so there's room to walk or run within the grounds, or you can hop on one of the many golf carts in front of each building that will take you anywhere within the property. They are plentiful, so no waiting. Golf carts are open air, and the driver wears a mask. We saw families and couples equally enjoying themselves. There is a separate adult pool, as well. The atmosphere is elegant but relaxed. We were very impressed with the level of service, and we hope to return on our next trip. It's easy to relax here. It's the type of place that you could stay your entire trip and be perfectly content.
Resort was incredible. the staff and service were something i’ve never experienced and i’ve traveled a lot. the overall feeling of “den” everywhere was awesome. what a place. just awesome.
We didn't receive any upgrades like last time in 2016; we are Expedia gold members. But more importantly, I want to thank Fili for finding my glasses, which I dropped in the ocean. He and his friend were amazing! They never gave up and were so encouraging throughout. It was not easy...although the waters were not deep there's lots of grass.
Absolutely amazing! To be fair we expect amazing accommodations and service, and Nizuc exceeded those in every way. Already missing being there.
Exclusive hotel, Excellent Everything.
The service is fantasitc, the property, location and rooms are amazing. This is just a beautiful, relaxing place to stay.
The staff and the service were first rate. We arrived the day after a hurricane so most of the restaurants were closed but the spa is wonderful and the food was delicious. The La Punta Cafe was our favorite and the Eggs Benedict in the casual restaurant (I forget the name) were the best I've ever had. Our only disappointment was how the property is kind of land-locked and you can't go for a long walk on the beach, which is one of our favorite things to do when we're in Cancun.
Great place
The hotel has well trained staff, the are courteous - almost too much in a way doesn’t seem sincere. The facilities are well kept and in high standard. Everything is in place and where it should be. The room is well designed and built with top finishings, but it is just a room - I don’t know why they call them all suites. Even though they face the ocean, you can hear noise from the highway behind, woke me up every morning.. The beach is a bit disappointing, too shallow and with sea weed in bottom - I couldn’t really swimn. I stayed there in a post-Covid world and the hostel had low occupancy, they seemed a bit short handed in some areas and ½ restaurants were closed. I had a big problem with food. As a vegan, they had absolutely no options, except for an avocado roll and guacamole. They tried to accommodate but it wasn’t really effective. You are stuck there because there aren’t many places around (it’s a resort designed to stay there, as a destination). They don’t allow food from outside delivered, even after Inexplained I couldn’t eat anything there. At the end they made me pasta with tomatoes. Other than food and one bad humored receptionist, the overall hotel is good and probably better than the most part in Cancun.
The hotel was amazing. Lived up to everything described. I will definitely return.
