Enjoyed the Radisson Blu
The Park Inn is closed and has been for some time so we were sent to the Radisson Blu which is a hotel close by. I don't know why this is not common knowledge. The Radisson Blu was fine and they had a very nice restaurant.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amsterdam debacle
Our hotel we had booked 8 months prior had been closed for 2 years and was housing Ukrainian refugees. We were routed to another hotel after $120 cab fare and this hotel made us wait 5 hours to check in. No restaurant open within that hotel until evening. Long, miserable day.

Changed reservation without notification
This review is not about the Park Inn hotel but rather Radisson customer service. Apparently, the hotel I had booked was converted into housing for Ukranian refugees. Radisson had changed my reservation to a nearby Radisson, Unfortunately, I was not informed of this change. When we arrived after a delayed flight via Taxi at 10:00 PM we were informed at the hotel. So, we had paid and dismissed the taxi and then found out we needed to transport ourselves and out luggage to a different hotel than the one we had booked. We were not notified in advance which is extremely poor customer service
