First of all - the place looks fantastic! A quick 5 minute walk from Realto water taxi dock , and about 10 minute walk to Doge palace - the location was perfect! Also the staff - wow! All of them were friendly courteous, informative and spoke at least 3 or 4 languages a piece. The rooms were large and comfortable with stunning marble throughout. lastly, the included breakfast spread was delicious and catered to all tastes. Bravo!

Upscale 4 star hotel in the heart of Venice, right next to the water and close to a lot of sites and restaurants. The staff are really helpful and friendly, assisting with arrangements for a water taxi to the airport. The included breakfast is top notch, with so much variety that we had 2nds and 3rds. Our spacious rooms had heated bathroom floors, comfortable beds, and evening turndown service.
