Amazing hotel in an amazing location. Only a few minutes away from the main sites but really peaceful. Breakfasts were really good. Happy to make you multiple drinks. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a junior suite which was huge with a gorgeous bathroom and view. Very comfortable beds.

Very disappointed that the booking could not be changed or refunded, as our stay was in the middle of a 2 week break which had various flights and trains cancelled, resulting in our visit being impossible due to covid-19. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids and ended-up being in a flat 400 m from the hotel. It belongs to the hotel, but it's like an airbnb, no daily clean-up, no hotel services. (Yes, you can walk 400 m in the streets of Venice to use the gym etc, but it turns out to be like an airbnb not a hotel). If I wanted an airbnb, I would have booked it. Even before we arrived the staff were so very helpful. Emails were answered by return and our transfers organised seamlessly by the hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious, the breakfasts were lovely with plenty of choice. We had dinner one night in the restaurant and were very impressed with the quality and service. Highly recommend this small, friendly hotel in the heart of Venice.
