This is a 3 star hotel. If you change the category of this hotel then people would adjust their expectations.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! After years of being on holidays this is the first time I feel the need to leave a review. Aimed at Turkish people there was not even one other English speaking couple on holiday at this hotel, no English foods. Staff spoke little English. Definitely NOT a 5 star hotel, more like 2 star, even a travelodge room would be better than this in terms of rooms! Paid more and booked sea view but was mainly land and partial sea. Constant noise in our room coming from the pool and restaurants above our head and LOUD hallway music is on 24/7, not one moment of peace while in the room. Fridge made a very loud noise the whole time it was on, food was very repetitive. No iron available, paid for laundry service but wasn’t ironed properly. Twin beds not a double as advertised. Sunbeds were cleared at about 6pm while the sun was still out!! We got told to move from them so they could get cleared. Got a very rushed Turkish bath and massage and then got kicked out the spa while we still had a clay face mask on!! because the staff wanted to lock up and go home, so disrespectful. Even the locals we met at restaurants and lounges said this hotel isn’t made for people from the UK! Shoutout to Ramazan and Melih who were the restaurant and bar staff who made our holiday enjoyable and were very helpful when reception did not help us. A long read but I hope this is helpful for anyone who is looking to book this hotel.
Very upset pay £600 dirty room dirty every were food bad
The view it’s amazing from the hotel rooms not clean and Old what you see in pictures it’s not truth rooms are dirty very nice stuff
3 star at best hot Aircon, food selection unacceptable, room service limited , menu only in Turkish... Staff not very educated not speaking in English
Probably the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. It was probably nice when it was first built, but I doubt that it has been cleaned properly since then. From the lack of proper hot water in the shower to the grit and stains on every carpet to the smell of raw sewerage in the room that could not be got rid of. Most of the staff were very nice and tried to help when they could, but the barmaid in the lobby bar was possibly the rudest person I've ever come accross and not just to us but anyone who was not a young Turkish male. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, whoever gave it a five star rating was obviosly paid substantially to do it. I've stayed in two star places better than this, and their no cancellation or refund policy means they have you over a barrel. RUN A MILE FROM THIS PLACE.
One should be very carefull selecting rooms, because there number of rooms which are tiny, with no windows at all and therefore the staff has to use a lot of air cleaner perfumes, making stay in those rooms unbearable.
The room provided has no windows like a little storage unit. No access to the beach or sea. Very small pool. Stinky hallways.
Definitely doesn’t appear like a 5* hotel
Check In was very slow we kept on getting told it would be 5 minutes however we ended up waiting hours When we checked in the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. Food at the restaurant was quite good however otherwise our experience was well below expectations
